Job Summary
91麻豆国产精品自拍 is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal Product Manager to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for our oneERP(Workday) and EMR (EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, etc) integration initiatives. This critical role will be responsible for defining and delivering seamless, efficient, and valuable integrations between our internal systems and leading Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, with a focus on Workday integration. This role requires strong program management skills and architectural orientation to oversee complex, multi-faceted integration projects.

- Product Vision & Strategy:
- Develop and articulate a clear and compelling vision and strategy for ERP & EMR integrations, aligned with 91麻豆国产精品自拍's overall strategy and EPIC Gold and Workday Program roadmaps.
- Define and prioritize product roadmap/program plan based on strategic alignment with both EPIC Gold and Workday Programs.
- Program Management & Execution:
- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional integration programs, ensuring alignment with goals and timely delivery of value.
- Own the overall program and project plans for Workday integration for the Clinical, Consumer Application Data Organization.
- Collaborate closely with Workday Program, engineering, design, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, track progress, and manage risks and dependencies.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all ERP & EMR integration related matters.
- Communicate project plan, status, issues, risks and budgets with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, clinical staff, and IT teams.
- Gather and analyze feedback from users, partners, and internal teams to inform product decisions.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and within the ERP & EMR ecosystem.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of integration initiatives.
- Continuously iterate program and project plans and integration approaches based on changes in EPIC Gold and Workday Programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, Business discipline or equivalent experience.聽
- 4-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on ERP & EMR integration within a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex, multi-faceted programs with significant budget and resource allocation.
- Deep understanding of ERP and EMR systems, including their architecture, data models, and integration capabilities.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex integration products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) is highly desirable.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to Workday, including Workday APIs, Workday Studio, and Workday integration technologies, is preferred.
- Exposure with Epic and Cerner EMR systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare interoperability standards is a plus.
