Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting required.
  • Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program required.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider Card.
  • Arizona State Occupational Therapy License.
  • Computer skills required.

Preferred:

  • Two (2) years progressive experience in clinical area performing patient clinical preferred.
  • Master鈥檚 or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred.
  • Prior use of electronic health record preferred.
