Responsibilities

RN Transition Program - Care Coordination, Beginning September 29th, 2025.

The Transition RN Fellowship at Northridge Hospital Medical Center prepares and supports experienced nurses as they enter into a specialty unit.聽聽Positionsarelimitedandearlyapplicationisencouraged. Applicationperiod is open May 5th 2025 through May 14that 11:59PM (ONLY).

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting required.
  • Graduate of Accredited RN school of Nursing required.聽.
  • BLS-CPR; FIRESAFETY; RN:CA
  • Successful completion of a formal Dignity Health interview process; the overall scoring of the interview consensus will be taken into consideration in determining the selection of candidate(s).聽
  • Current employees: Must be in good standing with no written disciplinary actions within the past twelve (12) months and with at least a 鈥淢eets鈥 standards on the last 2 performance evaluations.
