As our Clinic CNA at CHI St. Alexius Health Williston, now part of 91Â鶹¹ú²ú¾«Æ·×ÔÅÄ, you’ll assists in the delivery of patient care and performance of established tasks and procedures under the supervision of a physically present and immediately available Registered Nurse/ Hospital Provider.  Is held accountable for policies and procedures of the department and organization.

• Perform/record vital signs, CPR, apply oxygen delivering systems, perform simple wound irrigation/direct pressure/dressings, prepare sterile field for suturing, assist provider with treatment when appropriate, apply restraints, clean medical equipment and prepare for sterilization, collect urine specimens, and phlebotomy
  
• Assists in making observations, gathering data, and identifying patient care needs
  
• Assists with patient transports and transfers
  
• Answer telephones, filing, greet patients/visitors, transcribe provider’s orders, electronic data entry, and assist with documentation
  
• Assists with cleaning, stocking, and maintenance of department equipment and supplies
  
• Practices safe work habits, compliance with safety rules and regulations, and adheres to safety policies

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma, preferred. 

Licensure and Certifications

• Certified Nurse Assistant; North Dakota, required.
  • ND State Nursing Assistant Registry -  https://services.ndhhs.gov/nurseaide
• American Hearth Association Basic Life Support (BLS)-CPR, required.
  • Within 30 days of start.

• Knowledge of all regulatory agencies and their standards and processes

• Ability to manage multiple priorities
